Q : I want to inquire about a particular product?
A : Use the 'Product Inquiry' button on the product page and complete and upload your logo/s
Q : I want to inquire about an assortment of products?
A : Use the 'Add to Cart' button and when finished you can view your shopping cart and submit this to us.
Our friendly staff will advise the best way to use your logo on the selected products and from there we will submit an Estimate with a visual or the product/s with your logo to consider.
Q : How long does it take to get the products?
A : Unbranded products will take approximately 2 working days and Branded products approximately 7/10 days from the time and date of your artwork been
Rural deliveries can take longer. We will endeavor to get your products to you on or before the date required however we can not be held responsible for any delays from 3rd Parties (Freight Service) or Acts of God.
Q : What are SETUP CHARGES?
A : All of the products we offer have “setup” charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges
These are charges to create the screen, plates, film, die or other necessary items to brand your specific logo.
If I reorder an item with the same artwork, will I pay setup charges again?
A “repeat setup” charge will apply to all types of branding. This is to cover the costs for the time it takes to calibrate machinery, mixing
of inks, setting up of screen plates etc. To cover this 'Downtime' a Setup is charged.
If I place an order for a variety of products do I pay a Setup for each product?
Yes. Each product has a unique branding area that relates to size and location. As an example, you cannot use the artwork for a pen on a T-shirt as
the pen artwork would be far too small on the T-shirt and also the machinery used for the branding process is very different.
Q : Do you do RUSH ORDERS?
A : Yes we do - A rush order surcharge may apply - please contact iPromote
Q: Do you send out free SAMPLES?
1: On account clients will receive samples Free of Charge but must adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
2: New clients must pay for samples + Postage. If you place your business with iPromote the cost of the Sample product ordered will be
credited on your invoice.
3: Samples up to a combined Dollar value of $20 will be sent Free of Charge to existing clients with a sales history with iPromote - Postage/Courier
has to be paid. Samples must be returned to us in the condition received with original packaging within 10 days or you will be invoiced.
4: Samples/Combined Samples that exceed $20 must be Pre Paid as well as Postage/Courier costs. If you place your business with iPromote
the cost of the Sample product ordered will be credited on your invoice. All other samples must be returned to us in the condition received with original
packaging within 10 days to receive a credit.
5: Clothing must be returned in the original packaging with original labels and tags in the condition received within 10 days. Any marks
on clothing such as Make Up and Grease etc... will not be accepted. A $8 repacking fee per opened garment will apply to all men's and womans dress
shirts where special folding and packing is required for resell.
Q : My logo is not in the correct artwork format, can you still use it?
A : We require your artwork to be print ready. Please see Branding & Artwork
Q : Can you Re-Draw my logo to be print ready?
A : Yes we can Re-Draw your logo. A $45 fee will apply.
Q : What is a PMS / Pantone colour code?
A : The easiest way to explain this is take the colour Blue. There are many different shades of blue and each shade has a PANTONE
colour code as a reference. For example the iPromote logo has 3 colours. The 'i' is PANTONE
Cool Gray 10 C, Promote is Cyan Process C and the 'co.nz' is PANTONE 7487 C
Most companies that are particular about the Corporate Logo will have what they call a 'Style Guide' and this will have all the information on how to use the logo for branding purposes and include Pantone colours etc...
Q : What payment do you accept?
A : Terms: Net 30 days. If no credit term is established, full payment is required before order is processed. No C.O.D. orders.
A surcharge of 3.25% will be charged if paying with credit card.
